It’s time to Reclaim who you are and what you are here to do.
From the moment we are born we’re taking in signs and cues from others to learn what to do, how to act, how to respond and how to survive.
We get really good at learning the nuances taught to us by our family unit, our religion and our culture.
We do what we need to do to keep the peace, to work our way up the ladder, to feel safety & security.
And we, especially as women, do a damn fine job of navigating the world around us.
There are chapters in life where this is necessary, and then there are chapters in life where we must shed the layers that are no longer serving to fully step into our wholeness.
Yet when that time comes…
How many of us actually take the time to discover who we are?
To ask the hard questions, to find the answers, to feel firm in what we believe, and why?
To identify the patterns that served us well and evaluate what can now be released?
To free ourselves from what is theirs and to reclaim what is ours?
I’ve spent the last five years of my life exploring and answering these questions and more and I’ve experienced my life shift in ways I could have only imagined.
My relationship with myself has transformed.
My relationship with others has grown deeper and truer.
My relationship with Source/Spirit/God has evolved into a beauty I didn’t know possible.
The more pieces of myself that I reclaimed, the more wholeness I experienced.
The more wholeness I experienced, the more ease flowed through every part of my life.
Decisions got easier.
Paths became clearer.
My trust in myself, in others, in spirit strengthened.
I gained clarity on who I was and how I operate.
No longer was I looking externally to get cues on what to do next or how to respond appropriately.
I could tap into my knowing and feel certainty for the first time in my life.
Reclaiming these parts is an ongoing journey, one that is not without its challenges.
It requires asking some tough questions.
It requires being fully open to unexpected answers.
It requires compassion for conditioning that no longer serves, and the strength to leave it behind.
And it requires a safe, supportive container in which to fully explore your unique essence.
There is a shift occurring in our world right now. Can you feel it?
It’s time for you to get clear on who you are, what you believe, and to stand firmly in your alignment.
This container was created for you to do just that.
This container is for those who wish to explore and reclaim parts of themselves from a lens of love, compassion and empowerment.
This container is to help identify and bring to light pieces that are no longer serving you and bravely step forward to reclaim your truth. We identify, we thank it for getting us this far, we release it.
This container is NOT to loop in levels of victimhood.
You can feel it, it’s natural, we’ll bring you through it.
This container is to help transmute and transform that feeling of externally influenced to internally empowered.
All emotions are welcome (including anger, rage, judgement, wrath, jealousy) as a means of healthy expression, of finding our voices, of liberating the wild woman part of ourselves that has been told to be silent for too long.

This is a time of exploration, of curiosity, of learning and growth.
We are unique beings with unique perspectives, all brought to the table with reverence and appreciation.

How will this benefit me?
By creating your unique essence map, you’ll be creating your own North Star of beliefs and knowings.
By the end of this program (more likely very soon into this program) you’ll know much more about yourself, your patterns, your energy and your purpose as well as identify these things in others.
You’ll receive tools to operate from a place of more ease, alignment & efficiency in your life and business.
You’ll deepen your practices and your relationship with yourself, with nature, with this community and with others in your life.
You’ll receive support and guidance on how to bring your vision to life, to fully step into your purpose and share your gifts with the world.

What does the program include?
This program includes:
(10) 60-90 minute group exploration & coaching calls
Prompts, guided reading materials and thought starters in between calls
Private Group Container & Communication
Personal & Group Support via text, voice note & email between calls
OPTIONAL: Invitation for In-Person Retreat at the conclusion of our online program [Additional Cost if Attending]
When are the dates and times of this program?
The online portion of this group program will start late July with the In-Person retreat taking place late September or early October (Date & Location TBD, most likely Southern California).
Tentative Call times are Tuesdays @ 5pm PST (8pm EST) starting July 26th.
All classes will be recorded and call times may shift slightly based on the availability of group members.
What is the format of the program?
We’ll come together online once a week for a 60-90 minute experiential deep dive to explore and reclaim our relationship with topics associated with each of the chakras.

An optional retreat will be offered at the conclusion of the online program to come together as our newly reclaimed selves.
As you can see, we could devote 10 months, even 10 years to the topics above that we’ll be covering in 10 weeks. This program is intended to awaken parts of you and guide you into further exploration of self in a safe, supportive container.

Going through this process with like-minded and like-hearted individuals helps us learn and connect at an accelerated rate.
